This hotel is awesome. Older but so quaint, clean and comfortable. The front desk people were helpful. The Roof Top Bar was so much fun. Our waiter Frankie was the best!!

Check‑in was simple and seamless—exactly what I expect from a Marriott property. My room was in the V2 building, just a short and easy walk from the main hotel. Parking can be a bit tight, but there’s a convenient garage next to both buildings, and it’s only $5, which is hard to beat for downtown. The location is fantastic, with plenty of restaurants within walking distance for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. The room itself was impressive: modern amenities, a large shower, and some nice views of the city. The only minor downside is the occasional noise from vehicles downtown, but it wasn’t enough to bother me or affect my stay. Overall, a great experience in a stylish, well‑located hotel. I’d happily stay here again.

Just an incredible experience. The location was great and within walking distance to restaurants and venues. The rooms were nicely appointed and the ceramic mug with the coffee maker was a fantastic touch. The food and service were both outstanding. The hotel itself is beautiful and comfortable. Highly recommend and I can't wait to go back!

Stayed at Hotel Vandivort and this place just gets it. The whole vibe is on point—clean, modern, and actually feels elevated without trying too hard. The rooftop bar is a standout (easily one of the best spots in Springfield), and the food was way better than you’d expect from a hotel. Service was next level. Everyone was friendly, sharp, and just made everything easy. Check-in and check-out were quick and seamless—no friction, no hassle. This is the kind of place you book once and then don’t really consider anywhere else next time. Would 100% stay again.

This is a Great Hotel to stay at for any reason while in Springfield! Great Rooms, Clean Rooms! The Staff was very friendly. There are really nice amenities and it's so close to walk to numerous good restaurants including their own restaurant and Bar on the property! I will definitely stay here again!

This hotel had a great atmosphere! The staff was very friendly and helpful. Love the rooftop bar area. The Record player in the room as so much fun and unexpected. The Order Restaurant at the hotel you have to get the mushrooms!!! So Good

Wonderful stay with exceptional service We stayed here for one night on our way home from vacation and ended up celebrating my 40th birthday during our visit. The staff truly went above and beyond to make our stay special. We were given a fantastic room with a beautiful view of downtown, which made the experience even more memorable. The restaurant, The Order, was incredible—the food and drinks were outstanding. We also really appreciated how welcoming they were to our small dog, even accommodating us by serving us in the lobby. Overall, it was a wonderful and memorable experience. Highly recommend!

I cannot rave enough about this hotel. Took the wife for Valentine's Day...1st V-Day out in 20 years and it was a grand slam. The room was gorgeous and comfortable. Clean and well appointed. The only ding was that I ordered champagne to be in the room when we arrived and it wasn't there. However, a quick call to the desk made everything right (thanks Zee!) Dinner at The Order was incredible. Bread service (that sourdough cornbread was out of this world), cocktails were spot on, we went with the crispy mushrooms for an appetizer, wife had scallops and I opted for the ribbon salad. Both were perfect. For the main course, we both had the KC Strip with black truffle jus. I was in heaven from bite 1 through the end. A nice glass of port finished it off. I will DEFINITELY be going back because this experience has added "stay in all the different suites at the Hotel Vandivort" to my bucket list.

Love this place. Absolute gem. The attention to detail is amazing. Every detail, every texture, shape, color, all thought out and curated in a way not found in many hotels here or abroad. Our second time staying and Stephanie at the front desk made our experience especially memorable. Highly recommend!
